Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 500 grams tomtato
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cups cream, reduced in fat
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Roast the tomatoes on a comal with the onion and garlic, blend with the chicken broth.
Spray a pot with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and add the mixture passing it through a sieve, mix the flour with little milk and add little by little, stirring until it forms a paste without lumps, seasoning, let it cook over low heat until boil

PRESENTATION

Finally, add the milk, stirring until well incorporated, serve with a teaspoon of cream on top and finely chopped parsley.

TIPS

The skim milk has a nutritional content very similar to that of whole milk but without its fat, so it is ideal for all types of people, including children if you want to control their consumption of fat and calories.
