1 can corn
6 guajillo chiles
1/2 onions
1 pinch oregano
2 cloves garlic
3 chicken breasts
1 cup radish, chopped
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
4 tablespoons piquín chile
20 corn tostadas
8 limes
2 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
Preparation

In a pot with boiling water, soften the chiles.
Add the chicken breasts along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Chop the onion, radish, and lettuce.
Take the chiles and put them in the blender.
Add the garlic and the rest of the onion, blend.
Strain the sauce into the broth where the chicken breasts are, let it boil.
Add the 2 tablespoons of chicken concentrate.
Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and add the corn.
Shred the chicken breasts and set aside.
Serve the broth with corn, a bit of chicken, onion, radish, lettuce, piquín chili, and oregano.
Garnish with a lime and a tostada.
