1 cup lentils
1 potato, peeled and diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup chard, chopped
6 cups water
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 grams salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cups parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
Preparation

Wash the lentils well, bring them to a boil in a pot with water for 35 minutes.
In another pot, heat the oil and add the black pepper and potatoes, fry for 2 minutes on high heat.
Add the celery and fry for one more minute.
Add all of this to the pot of lentils and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add the Swiss chard, ground cumin, and lemon juice, cook on low heat for 10 more minutes.
Add the parsley, cilantro leaves, and salt. Serve hot.
