120 grams shrimp, small cooked
3 tablespoons green onion, (use only the green tops)
100 grams tofu, in cubes
100 grams portobello mushroom
150 grams rice noodle, oriental
1 liter chicken broth
soy sauce, to taste

In a container with hot water, thaw the shrimp without removing them from the bag.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Thaw the Peas “La Huerta” in the microwave.
Heat a medium pot with a little oil, add the sliced mushrooms, and cook for 4 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and cook until it boils.
Add the Peas “La Huerta”, shrimp, noodles, and green onion tops, cook for 2 minutes.
Season with soy sauce, add the tofu cubes, and serve.
