  • 100 grams tofu, in cubes
  • 100 grams portobello mushroom
  • 150 grams rice noodle, oriental
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • soy sauce, to taste

  • In a container with hot water, thaw the shrimp without removing them from the bag.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Thaw the Peas “La Huerta” in the microwave.
  • Heat a medium pot with a little oil, add the sliced mushrooms, and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add the chicken broth and cook until it boils.
  • Add the Peas “La Huerta”, shrimp, noodles, and green onion tops, cook for 2 minutes.
