In a container with hot water defrost the shrimp, without removing them from the bag.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Defrost the "La Huerta" peas in the microwave.
Heat a medium saucepan with a little oil, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 4 min.
Add the chicken stock and cook until it boils.
Add the "La Huerta" Peas, shrimp, noodles and onion tail, cook for 2 minutes.
Season with soy sauce, add tofu squares and serve.
