The painted beans should be soaked for twelve hours in plenty of cold water.
Then fry the beans, carrots and celery sticks with a little oil and salt and pepper in a saucepan.
Cover the ingredients with water and let them simmer for about two hours.
After that time, everything is passed through the Chinese colander.
