  • 400 balls white bean, pinto beans
  • 2 sticks carrot
  • 2 squares celery
  • 1 stick onion
  • pork belly
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1 bag salt

  • The pinto beans should be soaked for twelve hours in plenty of cold water.
  • Next, sauté the beans, carrots, and celery stalks in a saucepan with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the ingredients with water and let them simmer for about two hours.
