  • 2 squares celery
  • 1 stick onion
  • pork belly
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1 bag salt

  • The painted beans should be soaked for twelve hours in plenty of cold water.
  • Then fry the beans, carrots and celery sticks with a little oil and salt and pepper in a saucepan.
  • Cover the ingredients with water and let them simmer for about two hours.
  • After that time, everything is passed through the Chinese colander.
