Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 balls white bean, (Beans
  • 2 sticks carrot
  • 2 squares celery
  • 1 stick onion
  • pork belly
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1 bag salt

Preparation

The painted beans should be soaked for twelve hours in plenty of cold water.
Then fry the beans, carrots and celery sticks with a little oil and salt and pepper in a saucepan.
Cover the ingredients with water and let them simmer for about two hours.
After that time, everything is passed through the Chinese colander.

TIPS

This soup is exquisite served with a splash of oil on top and served with croutons.
