We have completed the first phase of our contest "The Best Fish Recipe". Thanks to the participation of our Chefs, we received amazing fish recipes in all different forms that also look delicious. As mentioned in the rules, we conducted a selection process based on originality, presentation, creativity, etc., and our editorial team was able to select the 5 recipes that are semifinalists to start the voting stage.   Our 5 semifinalist recipes and chefs are: Fish Birria Chef: Yerenia Ramírez Ramos   Ceviche Tampiqueña Chef: Yadira Rivera   Tamaulipas Style Fish Tacos Chef: Adriana Adame Vela   Fish in Corn Husks Chef: Paulina Ochoa   Yellowfin Tuna Steak with Pepper Crust Chef: Alfredo Martell   It's time for everyone to participate and vote for the recipes they liked the most, as only two of them can reach the final stage of the contest and one of them can win a cookware set containing a total of 12 pieces!
