Tequisquiapan, Querétaro is home to various wineries in the country where many types of high-quality Mexican wines have been produced. This year's program is full of opportunities to enjoy the world of gastronomy and oenology. Throughout a week, you can enjoy wine tastings, workshops, artistic presentations, and above all, learn a lot about wine and the different cheeses available.

Some concepts that might be useful:

- Wine tannins. The tannins of wine come from the skin, seeds, and stems of the grape.
