Homemade cocktails to welcome spring

This season invites you to quench your thirst with unexpected flavors, textures, and aromas. Undoubtedly, a great rule to follow the frequency of spring notes is to take advantage of the fruits that this season offers us such as fruits, flowers, herbs, and refreshing drinks like beer and sparkling beverages. 

Here are 3 cocktail recipes perfect for enjoying this spring: 

Lager Pop 
Mixologist Luis C. Iriarte
Ingredients: 
30 ml of mandarin liqueur 
150 ml of grapefruit soda 
2 supremes of grapefruit
1 top of lager beer 
Procedure: 
In a beer glass, mix all the ingredients and finish with the beer. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. 

Tokyo Tea 
Mixologist Luis C. Iriarte
Ingredients: 
15 ml of Midori
15 ml of vodka 
15 ml of rum
15 ml of gin 
15 ml of tequila 
15 ml of triple sec
30 ml of lime juice 
30 ml of simple syrup 
Ice to taste 
Procedure: 
In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, shake with ice, and serve. 

Red Goose 
Mixologist Israel Díaz
Ingredients: 
2 raspberries 
2 blueberries 
20 ml of rosemary syrup 
15 ml of yellow lemon juice 
1 cinnamon stick 
1 sprig of rosemary 
45 ml of vodka
15 ml of orange liqueur 
Ice to taste
1 sprig of rosemary 
Procedure: 
Using a mortar, muddle the fruit with the rosemary syrup and lemon juice. On a plate, light the cinnamon and rosemary sticks. Cover with a tall glass to smoke it. While they are burning, in a shaker with ice, pour the vodka, orange liqueur, and muddled fruit. Perform a double strain and serve in the glass with ice and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
