- Maintain a fixed schedule for main meals.

- Choose ‘healthy fats’ like olive oil, preferably virgin, for its higher antioxidant content.
- Consume fish, especially fatty fish, 3 or more times a week.
- Opt for lean meats such as chicken, turkey, rabbit, or ostrich.
- Don’t forget that soft drinks and sugary beverages have many calories, and overindulging in them will lead to weight gain.
- Exercise at least 4 times a week for 40 minutes a day, adapted to your condition.
- Avoid miracle remedies and diets not recommended by doctors or health professionals at all costs.
