Here are 10 simple actions that you can incorporate into your life to completely change it. Just remember to practice them daily.
1. Always have your breakfast. Remember that breakfast is considered by many to be the most important meal of the day. With the morning rush that almost all of us have, it’s sometimes difficult to eat well. A cup of coffee with bread is not a good breakfast. Breakfast should provide us with energy and vitality. 2. Move. The importance of physical exercise is constantly reminded to us, but with so much to do, it’s not easy to exercise. One of the most complete exercises is walking. When we walk, we move all muscles and relax. A daily walk of 20 or 30 minutes will help you relax, sleep well, and have firm muscles. If you can’t go to the gym, or don’t like going, walking is an easy and effective option. If you prefer something more exotic, dance (with or without a partner), ride a bike, swim, or practice yoga with a video.
3. Take an energizing bath. Sometimes we think that to relax and have beautiful, smooth skin, we need to go to a spa. The easiest way to take care of your skin is during your bath. 5. Sleep. Lack of sleep is catastrophic for health and beauty. Always try to get the necessary hours of sleep.
6. Drinks. Water is the vital liquid. It nourishes the skin and your internal organs. Try to keep water close to you at all times so it will be easier to drink.

8. Smile. A smile is the expression of internal happiness (although there are also fake smiles). Try to take one problem at a time. When you feel overwhelmed by stress, take a deep breath, remember that it’s easier to make mistakes when stressed and confused.
9. Show life your best face. Every day do something to create a better world. You don’t have to volunteer and go to Africa to feed the poorest. With small activities such as smiling at a stranger, giving way to someone walking fast, yielding your seat on the subway or bus, putting trash in its place, and not wasting energy, you are contributing to creating a better world.
