Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 Cup of Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2/3 Cups of Water
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic, halved
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
- 1/4 Cup of Lemon juice
