Goodbye to the little rolls on the back

Yesterday I wanted to buy a sleeveless dress, but when I tried it on, I saw myself in the mirror and I had a little roll on my back. No matter how much I moved my arm, the little roll was still there; so I said I have to do something to get rid of it; I knew that fat accumulates more in the abdomen or thighs, but in the back too... what a nightmare! While researching, I found a 15-minute yoga and fitness routine to say goodbye to the little rolls on the back:
  • First, lie face down on a yoga mat, extend your arms forward, and then, without touching your feet, lift your back by arching it and return to the starting position. Do two sets of ten repetitions.
  • In the same position, now place your hands on your neck, lift your torso, and return to the starting position. Do two sets of fifteen repetitions.
  • Do the same previous exercise but without arching your back backward; now it will be to one side and then the other, as if you were trying to look behind your right side and then behind your left side. Do two sets of ten repetitions.
  • Get on all fours like a puppy and relax your back by arching it as much as you can upward (like cats), and then push it down (placing your abdomen on the floor). Go up and down five times.
  • Another way to get rid of the little rolls is swimming; with this activity, you can have a strong back without any fat. There are also other activities like running, biking, dancing, jumping rope, and walking.
  • Remember that it's necessary to exercise for about 30 to 45 minutes daily to burn the most calories from your body.
