In the summer many of us wish to be in shape and have a glowing body. For this, we start a diet, exercise, and seek to eat what keeps those extra pounds at bay beforehand. But sometimes we don't know where or how to start reducing a few kilos in a nutritious way and without going overboard. Here we tell you which habits should be eliminated to achieve the goal in a healthy way:

Abusing salt. Relying on the salt shaker to flavor your meals is a mistake.
Not drinking water. Water is the elixir of eternal youth: it keeps our body hydrated and gives elasticity to the skin.
Overindulging in ice cream. If you are addicted to ice cream, we recommend that you reduce your consumption.

Sedentary lifestyle. Enjoy walking; now that the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors with a stroll.
Rejecting exercise. Sports is synonymous with health and should be practiced routinely.
Losing weight in silence. When you have a goal, it is better to share it. This helps you find others who seek the same result.
