Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of Lemon juice
- 1/3 Cup of Finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground cumin
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Olive oil
- 3 Skinless shredded chicken breasts
- 1 Large piece of lettuce in leaves
- 1 Small piece of jicama cut into thin sticks
- 1/4 Piece of Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Piece of Avocado cut into cubes
- 1 Large piece of Mango cut into cubes
