According to the philosophy of this way of nutrition, humans have evolved towards a harmful way of eating in recent years, so the correct approach is to return to ancient practices and try to nourish ourselves with what our ancestors ate.

According to various nutritional studies, the reason for some of the diseases that most affect humans today, such as diabetes, cancer, and neurological deterioration, is due to the way we feed ourselves with transgenic fats, saturated fats, and artificial sugars.
The first important point of this diet is that we should consume monounsaturated fats, as diets rich in these and Omega 3 fats drastically reduce cases of obesity, cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, and cognitive decline. To achieve this, we must ensure that all the meats we consume come from organically raised free-range animals and not from farms where they are fed synthetic food, as this not only reduces the benefits of their meat but also adds dangerous chemicals.
The other point is to increase our consumption of organic fruits and vegetables, as these have nourished our species for centuries. Just as with protein, we must ensure that these vegetables and fruits come from the most natural origin possible; otherwise, they lose their nutrients and can be potentially harmful.
If we understand the concept in general, we are asked to eat like our ancestors, those who knew neither industry nor hormone growth, those who lived in the Paleolithic era. At that time, the human race accustomed its body to certain natural foods that still benefit us today and never became accustomed to eating junk food or synthetic products, which is why they can be very harmful.
Some points to follow if you wish to adopt this diet are as follows:
- Eliminate sugar, especially the one you add to coffee or in general soft drinks. There is enough glucose in the fruits you consume.
- Eat organic meat of all kinds: beef, chicken, pork; as long as it is natural, there is no problem.
- Consume different vegetables and greens, as you will obtain all the carbohydrates you need from these ingredients.
- Limit your consumption of gluten-containing cereals like pasta and bread.
- Use animal fats like butter instead of vegetable oils like sunflower oil.
The result of this diet is overall well-being. You will notice an improvement in your blood functions, so you will feel more energetic, weight loss will be evident, and the reduction of pain in the case of chronic diseases should also gradually disappear. Ultimately, this diet does not limit you in quantities or even in products that we like; it only asks that you verify the origin of the foods that you and your family consume.
