For several years, we have heard a lot about superfoods, but do you know what makes them so special and why they have been given that title?

It is important to know that although these foods have a large amount of nutrients that will provide benefits, none are “miraculous.” The most important thing for your health is to maintain a balanced diet and exercise.

What are superfoods?
