The other day I woke up with a super bloated stomach and saw the recipe for a smoothie that you can drink every morning and is ideal for fighting inflammation.
The best part is that it is delicious and really makes a difference. Go ahead and make it!
1/2 cup of cold chamomile tea
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1/2 cup of probiotic yogurt (preferably plain and unsweetened)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup of ice
Combine all the ingredients in the blender. If you use plain unsweetened yogurt, you can add a splash of vanilla to give your smoothie more flavor. Add the honey and you're done!
You can drink it as often as you like, I recommend you drink it at least three times a week to see how it improves your digestion, reduces bloating in your abdomen, and makes you feel much better.
