After a brief hiatus due to the pandemic, the much-anticipated Corn Fair returns to celebrate the most Mexican food of all, corn. Chile en Nogada Fair
For lovers of chile en nogada, this paradise opens its doors for the 19th time to accommodate producers, traditional cooks, and merchants who will prepare the best creation from Puebla for the world: chile en nogada.
When and where? At the former Franciscan convent of San Andrés Calpan, Puebla, during the 4 weekends of August.

XXXII Edition of Grape Harvest Festivals
The Provino Baja California Committee organizes the largest wine celebration in Latin America, which, in addition to gathering the most important wineries and chefs in the region, will feature major events such as pairing dinners, concerts, wine tours, special tastings, among other experiences at wineries.
