What is Ladurée?
Ladurée is one of the most famous pastry shops in the world and a must-visit in Paris, as its displays enchant us with all kinds of desserts.  

Its history dates back over 100 years. In 1862, Louis-Ernest Ladurée opened a bakery in Paris, which later became a pastry shop. Years later, in 1900, Jeanne Souchard, Ladurée's wife, created the tea salon concept, which became a gathering place for French women.  

Its most famous creation, the macaron, saw the light in 1930, when chef Pierre Desfontaines had the incredible idea of filling the cookies with ganache. The success of the pastry shop has been such that they have opened branches in London, New York, Japan, Dubai, Hong Kong, Brazil, Sweden, and finally, Mexico! 

When does Ladurée open in CDMX? 
Unfortunately, Ladurée has not yet revealed the official date when it will open its store and restaurant. However, everything seems to indicate that the inauguration will be very soon.
