It had to be said and it was said! Mexican food is superior to many others and TasteAtlas knows it, so it gave 11 spots in its ranking of the 50 best street foods in the world. These were the winners! 

Quesabirria
The quesabirria is a variant of the classic birria taco. The difference is that a lot of cheese is added and it is browned with some of the fat to make it crispy. Serve with a good consommé and you're all set. Enjoy!
