- Spinach Artichoke Dip. An easy and creamy snack to serve with pita bread or toasted bread. The artichoke dip recipe is my specialty, and I always serve it at all my parties.
- Light Vegetable Dip. A delicious and healthy dip made with cottage cheese and vegetables.
- Shrimp Tostadas. This shrimp tostada recipe is a perfect snack. They are prepared with lime, onion, cilantro, mango, serrano chili, and a bit of yogurt. Easy and light.
- Lettuce Taquitos with Jicama and Chicken. Lettuce leaves filled with chicken, jicama, avocado, and mango. Served as taquitos.
- Mango Chutney. Chutney is a typical Indian sauce that accompanies many dishes like curry. This mango chutney is prepared with various spices and a bit of apple and raisins.
- Cheese and Fig Bruschetta. An ultra-simple snack to prepare but with a delicious flavor. Figs and gorgonzola cheese are an ideal mix.
- Mini Chistorra Empanadas. Delicious chistorra empanadas with Oaxaca cheese and served with chimichurri.
- Serrano Ham Rolls with Fig, Goat Cheese, and Arugula. Serrano ham rolls filled with figs, arugula, and goat cheese inside.
- Mushroom and Ham Croquettes. Classic Spanish croquettes, in this case with mushrooms and ham.
- Asparagus Wrapped in Serrano Ham. A delicious and easy appetizer of asparagus wrapped in serrano ham.
- Potato Tortilla Tapas. A Spanish snack/appetizer made with potatoes and eggs. It is very easy to prepare and delicious.
