  1. Add a couple of cups of cider to the tray of the loin, chicken, turkey, or leg, then cover with aluminum foil. Bake until all the meat is well heated. You will notice that the meat will be juicy and not dry.

Dressings

If you prepared a fresh salad for dinner and have leftovers for reheating, give it a twist with a delicious vinaigrette or dressing, you'll love the flavor that apple cider adds! All you have to do is replace the vinegar with cider and you'll have one of the most delicious dressings for your salads.

Make the best soups

Have you tried the traditional French onion soup? This incredible soup is made with caramelized onions, broth, brandy, cheese, and bread. Give it a more festive touch and add cider instead of brandy, the result will be spectacular.
