On this April Fool's Day, don't let the kids win when it comes to pranks. After all, adults can be funny and clever too, right?

Blue Milk

Put a few drops of food coloring in the milk carton that the little ones drink. This way, in the morning when they pour a glass, they'll be in for a surprise.

The TV remote doesn't work.

Want them to watch less TV? All you need to do is place some clear tape over the sensor of the remote control. Laugh as your kids (or your husband) try to change the channel with no results. If those laughs don't give you away, you might even get to watch your favorite show together until they figure out what's going on.

Vegetable Donuts

Ask for a cardboard box at your favorite bakery and fill it with broccoli. This way, it will look like you're bringing a delicious dessert to work when in reality, you're just pulling a harmless prank.

Dad Eats Rocks

If you want your kids to think you've lost your marbles, make them believe you've found some really pretty rocks on the street and watch their incredulous faces when they see you bringing them to your mouth. They don't need to know that you stopped by a candy store for some chocolate rocks sold in bulk.

The Bug on the Lamp

Draw a spider or a cockroach on a dark piece of paper and cut it out. With some tape, stick it to the lampshade in the kids' bedroom. When they turn on the light, get ready to hear them scream.
