San Pancho, Nayarit

San Francisco beach, commonly known as San Pancho, is about 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. The village still retains that relaxed and peaceful air of a fishing village. At certain times of the year, the waves grow so much that it is possible to practice surfing and windsurfing.

Carrizalillo, Oaxaca

Although it is very close to Puerto Escondido, Carrizalillo has managed to remain a bit more distanced from tourism, making it a more economical and tranquil option. Since there is no access for cars or ATVs, you must climb a very steep slope to reach the beach. So prepare to get some exercise.
