Let's face it, many of us give ourselves several food permits when we are on vacation, and that's okay, the hard part is returning to our ideal weight afterward. That's why here are some tips to help you lose weight in the best way possible.

The regimen to return to your ideal weight is quite simple; in fact, just returning to your daily routine will start to show a decrease since you won't be as free to eat out anymore.
1.- Don’t eat out
This is the first point; when on vacation, we travel and have no choice but to eat at restaurants. This seems much worse because it's difficult to count calories from a restaurant menu, so once you're back, it's good to spend at least a month detoxifying by eating healthy at home. In your territory, you can control what you eat and know exactly where it comes from.
2.- Exercise
It may seem obvious, but many of us find it hard to get back into an athletic routine after vacation. The idea is to be strong and return from day one; the body must feel that it's returning to that state of physical health, and although it might be tough at first, from the very first moment you'll feel an instant relief from burning calories and sweating a bit while exercising.
3.- Don’t jump into a diet immediately
Many believe that the best thing to do is to jump right into a strict regimen. This is a mistake. If you've been consuming a lot of carbohydrates, for example, and you suddenly switch your diet to only fruits and vegetables, you may start to lose weight, but your body will feel it, especially your internal organs. The best approach is to come back and eat normally, balanced meals, and watch your portions, but no pills or juice-only diets.
4.- Go to bed a little hungry
Just a little, not starving. On vacation, we tend to eat poorly not only in quality but also in quantity. Try to have a light dinner, filling up only to about 80%, so your body can rest peacefully and you'll lose weight faster. In fact, this applies to all meals; try not to overfill yourself and enjoy the feeling of being a little hungry and feeling light.
5.- Don’t rush
This is a summary of everything, and perhaps the most important point. There’s no rush; after vacation, we all look happy, and there’s no problem if a few extra pounds are what have you looking like this. You will return to your ideal weight, don’t doubt it, just take it easy, step by step, and don’t despair. Instead, boast about your wonderful experiences.
