Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 2 cups of unsweetened pumpkin puree (must be orange pumpkin)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup water
- 250 grams of piloncillo dissolved in the cup of water
Preparation- Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix until you achieve a homogeneous texture and a spicy aroma.
- Store the mixture preferably in a glass container in the refrigerator.

- Dissolve the corn starch in the water and add it to the pot.
- Stir the mixture constantly for 5 minutes.
