• All meet sanitary quality standards.
• One product does not meet the permitted nitrite content.
• 3 products do not meet the protein content declared on the label.
• 2 products do not meet the fat content declared on the label.
• 4 products do not meet the sodium content declared on the label.

Now that you know which ham brands pass the Profeco test, include them in your shopping list. However, remember that due to their sodium content and other substances, you should limit their consumption. Consult your nutritionist!
