Pour the whole milk into a bowl, add the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour and dissolve with a whisk, mixing for about 3 minutes. Set aside. In a saucepan over low heat, heat the piloncillo along with the water, add the peanuts, stir constantly until the ingredients are incorporated, cook for 4 minutes and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
