Rim the glass to be used with chili piquin. Place the 15 mint leaves, sugar, and the lime slice cut into 8 pieces in a glass. Muddle everything together. Add the lime juice, orange juice, chamoy, and rum. Fill the glass with Sprite and sparkling water, and you're done!! Delicious!
