Serve the ice, about 3 depending on the size, in an HB glass. Add the brandy and a few drops of Angostura bitters, just a few drops, because it is very bitter. Pour in the ginger ale until the glass is full. Now add a twist of lemon, which is cutting a small piece of lemon peel, about 2 cm long and about 3 or 4 millimeters wide; squeeze it into the glass and then let it drop in.
