In a bowl, dissolve the coffee with hot water. In a blender, pour the coffee and blend with the sugar and Mini Maravillas de Gamesa® Clásicas cookies for 5 minutes until you have a creamy mixture. Set aside. In a glass, place enough ice, add skim milk until filling ¾ of the glass, and slowly pour an ounce of espresso, to avoid mixing. Add a tablespoon of the creamy coffee and cookie mixture. You can decorate with crumbled Mini Maravillas de Gamesa® Clásicas cookie, strawberries, and a Mini Maravillas de Gamesa® Clásicas cookie.
