In a bowl, mix the milk and Rice Flour Tres Estrellas® until completely dissolved. Set aside. Blend the milk, coconut cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla for 3 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
