Ingredients: 1 pound blueberry; 1 pound cranberries; 1 pound fruit, (strawberry); 1 pound grapes; 1 pound raisins; 1 star fruit; 3 apples; 1 pineapple; 6 ounces cornstarch; 1 sprig orange, (the leaves); 3 sprigs herb, luisa; 10 grams pepper, sweet; 10 cloves; 5 sticks cinnamon; 2 piloncillos

Chop the strawberries, grapes, apples, babaco, and pineapple into small pieces, cook with a panela without water in a pressure cooker, and bring to a boil. Separately boil the herbs and spices in 2 liters of water for 15 minutes and color. In another pot, boil the blackberry and mortiño in one liter of water for 10 minutes. Blend and strain, then add to the herb water.
