Ingredients: 1 cup peanuts, unsalted, roasted; 1 cup evaporated milk; 4 cups milk; 2 cups masa dough; 2 cups water; 1 piloncillo; 1/4 cinnamon sticks; 1/4 cups unsalted peanuts, for decoration

Blend the peanuts with the evaporated milk, regular milk, and masa for 5 minutes or until it has a smooth consistency. Set aside. Pour the water into a pot and cook for 5 minutes over low heat, then add the cinnamon stick and the piloncillo. When the piloncillo dissolves, pour in the previous mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
