Heat a pot over medium heat, add the milk with the cinnamon, heat until it reaches boiling point, then add the dark chocolate, powdered milk, cornstarch, and sugar. Heat the chocolate again until it boils to achieve a thick consistency. Mix the chocolate with Reddi Wip Fat Free® cream to your liking perfectly. Set aside.
