In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until it starts to bubble around the edges. Add the chocolate-flavored powdered mix, the Milo powder, and the vanilla extract, and whisk very well to ensure there are no lumps. Remove from heat and pour the hot chocolate into six cups. Be careful not to fill them too much (leave about 3 centimeters of space). Add about 3 or 4 marshmallows on top of the hot chocolate and serve immediately.
