How to make golden milk?

Golden milk, also known as golden milk, is a traditional recipe from India, derived from Ayurveda medicine. This drink is made with turmeric, which gives it its characteristic golden color, but you can add as many spices as you like, according to your taste and/or discomfort, although the most common are cinnamon, ginger, clove, pepper, cardamom, and anise. Usually, water or some plant-based milk is used to prepare it. Additionally, honey or another sweetener can be used to sweeten it.
