Cut the peeled kiwi into even cubes. Place in the shaker and mash with the cocktail muddler until it turns into a purée. Then, add the ice, the pineapple juice, and the sweet syrup. Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish the glass with a slice of peeled kiwi.
