Oat Pulque

The pulque is one of the drinks with the most history and tradition originating from Mexico. This alcoholic beverage has a pre-Hispanic origin and is obtained from the maguey, from which a liquid product called mucilage or aguamiel is extracted, which is then fermented in "tincales" or tanks to obtain pulque.

The curado pulque is the result of mixing the fermented drink with fruits, spices, seeds, herbs, or any other ingredient. At Kiwilimón, we teach you how to prepare a curado pulque of oats that, in addition to being refreshing and delicious, is very easy to make at home.

Tips
