Take the glasses you will use to serve the shaved ice. Dip them in a plate with chamoy until the edges are well covered and then dip the edges in a plate with chili piquín to rim. Set the glasses aside. Blend the ice at medium-high speed until you get small pieces, fill the glasses with ice, but without touching the edge so that the chamoy does not mix with the ice.
