In a bowl, soak the rice in warm water for at least 2 hours. Add the rice with the soaking water, milk, water, vanilla essence, sugar, cinnamon, and strawberries to the blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Strain and pour into a pitcher with ice.
