Ingredients: 1/2 cups Alpen® original cereal; 1 1/2 cups almond milk, oats or rice; 2 bunches spinach; 1 banana, frozen; 1 cup blueberries, frozen; 2 teaspoons honey; ice cubes, to taste

Wash and disinfect the spinach. Pour the milk, berries, and frozen banana into a food processor or blender. Add the drained spinach and blend until combined.
