Ingredients: 1 cup oats; 3 cups water; 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence; 1/4 tablespoons sea salt; 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon

Wash and drain the oats. Place them in a container and cover with clean water. Let them soak overnight. Drain the water the next day, wash, and drain very well. Pour the oats into a blender with 3 cups of water. If you want, you can add a little more water but the milk will be less thick.
