Blend the passion fruit, lime, and syrup in the Vitamix® for 5 minutes until the fruit is completely blended; strain and set aside. Place ice in a mixing glass, add the blended passion fruit, mezcal, mint, and jalapeño, and shake for 5 minutes until everything is perfectly mixed.
