Wash the fruits, slice apples and guavas, cut the tejocotes (if you want, peel them; they are tastier). Boil 25 cups of water with sugar and cinnamon in a pot, preferably a seasoned clay pot. Add the fruit; when it is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and add the red wine.
