Place Café El Marino® in a French press, pour in the water and let it steep for 8 minutes. Press and set aside. Mix the milk, condensed milk, orange peel, and cinnamon stick in a pot. Cook for 5 minutes or until the milk starts to boil. Remove the cinnamon and orange peel.
