Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3/4 cups date, chopped
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/4 cups sunflower seed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F or 180 ° C.
Soak the dates for 20 minutes and then gently mash with a fork.
In a bowl, mash the bananas with the dates and other ingredients except the sunflower seeds.
Once the mixture is ready, pour it into a square refractory and place the seeds on top.
Bake 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and cut.
