The easiest bread in history, with the rich flavor of banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, dates and all its ingredients that are the perfect combination. Cook this fabulous bread and share it with everyone.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3/4 of Cup of date chopped
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flours
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Cup of sunflower seed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F or 180 ° C.
Soak the dates for 20 minutes and then gently mash with a fork.
In a bowl, mash the bananas with the dates and other ingredients except the sunflower seeds.
Once the mixture is ready, pour it into a square refractory and place the seeds on top.
Bake 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and cut.
