I bring you an easy recipe to make, very rich, it is one of my favorite breads. They are delicious garlic rolls, they are crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. They have a delicious garlic flavor, mixed with fine herbs. They are perfect to accompany your meals and share with your loved ones.


8 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter, to grease
  • 12 garlic, tooth
  • 350 milliliters milk
  • 450 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 on bakery yeast
  • 1 tablespoon herb, parsley, basil, etc.
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk, to varnish
  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt


Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Grease the baking tray with a little butter and set it aside. Place the cloves of peeled garlic together with the milk in a pot (Casserole, etc), bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. When they have cooled, tritúralo in the blender and reserve.
Sift the flour with the salt in a bowl, add the yeast and the dry herb spoon, add the seasoned milk with the garlic, the 3 tablespoons of oil and the little beaten egg. Mix everything until you get a dough.
Sprinkle some flour on the table and return the dough. Work a few minutes gently until it is smooth and smooth, without lumps.
Grease a bowl (With butter or oil), put the dough in the bowl and cover with a towel and let it grow in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles its volume.
Uncover the dough and work it again for 2 more minutes, taking care not to remove the air that accumulated at the time of rest. Divide it into 8 portions and knead each portion to give them a muffin shape. With the smooth part of a knife and make light cuts on the surface of each bun.
Put them in a tray, previously greased, cover them and leave them in a warm place for 15 minutes to finish growing.
Varnish the pancecillos with a little of the milk and sprinkle salt grain on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked. Let them cool in a metal rack.


We can enjoy the garlic rolls in a snack. Also prepared with a bit of cheese and parsley or simply with butter.


I prefer to grease the tray with butter since it burns slower. I also like to sprinkle some flour on the tray that I will use to bake.
